Fortune East Stone Celebrates Dragon Boat Festival with Team Lunch

This past week, the Fortune East Stone team gathered for a special lunch to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival at a local Fujianese restaurant.

The Dragon Boat Festival is a cherished traditional holiday, and we took the chance to step away from our screens and enjoy quality time together. Around a large round table, we shared an authentic spread of Minnan dishes, including crispy Typhoon Shelter shrimp, a refreshing seafood salad, poached fish fillets in a peppery broth, braised pork intestines, and a comforting clam and tofu soup. Every dish brought its own unique flavor, and the meal was enjoyed with plenty of laughter and conversation.
