Step 1
Supplier Audit: we have strict supplier audit of raw materials and spend much time on site assessment of stones’ quality reliability.
Step 2
Preliminary QC: FE assigns technical staffs to inspect stone blocks in the quarries. They set their work place there and elaborately select good blocks in quarry before the delivery of them to the factory.
Step 3
Intermediate QC: In the process of the productions, our quality control staffs will carefully inspect semi-manufactured goods.
Step 4
Final QC: When the manufacturing process of goods is finished, double QC inspection will be conducted. The products with defects will be picked out by our QC staffs.
Step 5
After Sales: Our QC staffs work with our salesmen to solve the problems posed by our customers.
